Terms of Service

2. Limited License & Access

• Grant of License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You do not own the game software; it is licensed to you.
• Age Restriction: You represent that you are at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If you are between 13 and 17, you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Steam account. You may not sell, rent, or transfer your account to others.

• Cheating & Exploits: Using cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software to modify or interfere with the Service. Exploiting bugs to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Toxic Behavior: Posting information that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or racially/sexually offensive in in-game chat or community features.
• Match Manipulation: Engaging in "win-trading" or other forms of match manipulation. Consequence of Violation: We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service immediately and without notice if you violate these rules.

4. Virtual Items & Ownership

• Intellectual Property: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (including characters, code, artwork, and music) are owned by us.
• Virtual Goods: You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in your account or any virtual items (e.g., skins, currency) appearing in the Service. These items are licensed to you for use within the game only and cannot be exchanged for real-world money.

5. Payments & Refunds

• Steam Wallet: All purchases are processed via the Steam platform and are subject to Steam’s payment terms.
• Refund Policy:
  • Base Game & DLC: Refunds are governed strictly by the Steam Refund Policy (typically within 14 days of purchase and less than 2 hours of playtime).
  • In-Game Items: Purchases of in-game virtual items are generally final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Steam’s policy.

• You represent that your content is original and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
• You grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• "As Is" Basis: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any damages arising from your use of the Service shall be limited to the amount you have paid to us in the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim.
• Service Availability: We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available and may suspend or restrict access for maintenance or operational reasons.
• Third-Party Content: The Service may include links to or content from third parties. We are not responsible for such third-party content or services.[J1]

8. Dispute Resolution

• Non-US Residents: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Singapore.
• US Residents: Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by a court located in San Francisco, California.
